Sandi's sugar free Banana bread

Ingredients
Spenda 12 packets 1/2 cup spenda brown sugar subsitute*Shortening crisco 1 cup *Flour, white, 3 cup Salt, 1 tsp Banana, fresh, 6 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Egg, fresh, 3 large Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp Baking Powder, 1 tsp Baking Soda, 1 tsp butter flavoring, 1 tsp Pecans, 1 cup, chopped Fat Free Sour Cream, 3 tbsp
Directions
separate eggs and save whites in separate bowel.
mix shortening and sugar, add egg and vanilla.
add mashed bananas
shift together flour, salt, soda and baking powder.
add flour mixture, and then sour cream and nuts

in separate bowel mix whites to merange consistency and then fold in to mixture.

pre heat oven to 350 degrees
bake for 45-60 minutes until knife come out clean.

Serving Size: makes 36 -1 inche slices, 3 loaves
