Slow Cooker Taco Chicken

Ingredients
1 can Black Beans1 can Diced Green Chilis1 can Diced Tomatoes with green chili1 small jar pimentos or chopped red peppers1 cup water1 1/2 cups frozen corn or 1 can1 1/2 cups chopped onion1 packet taco seasoning, low sodium2 tsp ground cumin3 tsp chili powder1 tsp salt1lb Chicken Breast, boneless & skinless
Directions
Add all ingredients except the chicken to your crockpot and mix well. Lay the chicken on top and cook 3-4 hours on high or 5-6 on low. Once cooked, shred the chicken and stir into the mixture. It's really good on taco salads. If there is too much liquid stir in some cooked brown rice to achieve the texture you like.
