Turkey Chili with black beans

Ingredients
1 Tbsp Canola Oil1.5 pounds ground turkey 1 cup chopped onion1 cup red or green bell pepper1 clove garlic (or garlic powder)1 tsp taco mix seasoning1 tsp ground coriander1 tsp dry oreganosalt and pepper to taste2 Tbsp tomato paste14.5 ounces beef broth14.5 ounces canned chopped tomatoes with liquid.25 chopped green chili7 ounces salsa*1 can drained black beans (optional)*grated cheddar cheese (optioinal)*non fat greek yogurt or fat free sour cream
Directions
In a large fry pan cook the onion and red pepper in the oil till the onion is translucent. Stir in some minced garlic. Add the ground turkey and all the spices and cook until well browned. Add the tomato paste and stir until everything is coated. Add the beef broth and simmer for about 5 minutes to reduce the liquid. Add the chopped tomatoes, salsa and green chilis, stir well and cook until the mixture is as thick as you like it. (About 15 minutes) Spoon out and enjoy
