Pepperoncini Pork

Ingredients
3-5 lb Pork roast1 jar pepperoncinis1 packet dry italian dressing mixsalt to season
Directions
Place everything in crockpot. Cook on low 6 hours, or high 4 hours, til beef falls apart. Serve on sandwiches (don't forget to count the buns), or over rice (count the rice), or even just with a side of steamed veggies or cauliflower "rice". We like it no matter what!
