Ingredients
I onion chopped 3 cloves of garlic1lb stew meat or pork chops 1can Red Kidney Beans 1 can White Northern Beans1can chili beans in sauce 1 12oz can stewed tomatoes1 cup apricot jam or 1/2 c. apricot and 1/2c. barbecue sauce 1/2 tsp cumin powder1/2 cayenne powder 1/2 chilli powder 1 whole yellow chilli pepper (more spice use habenero or jalapino)
Directions
brown meat with onions and garlic with salt and pepper.
In Crock pot add beans stewed tomatoes and spices and pepper. Once meat is brown and onion is tender stir into crock pot. Cover and let cook three hours.
