100 Calorie Peanut Butter and Ovaltine Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt1 tbsp natural peanut butter1 tbsp chocolate Ovaltine1/2 cup light soymilkice cubes (I use two, but you can use more or less depending on how you like the consistency of your smoothies)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender until smoothie reaches desired consistency. Makes two smoothies.
