Candy Apple Salad

4 cups apples, cored and peeled (apprx 1 Granny Smith plus 1 18 oz can crushed Pineapple with juice1 Tbls flour1 egg, beaten1 Tbls white vinegar18 oz container frozen whipped cream, thawed1 cup coursely chopped dry roasted peanuts
In saucepan over medium heat, stir together the egg, flour, splenda sugar, vinegar and pineapple. Cook until thick, about 6 minutes. Cool
In large serving bowl, put together the pineapple mixture and whipped topping. Mix in the chopped apples and half of the peanuts.
Sprinkle remaing peanuts on top
