Cranberry Scone

Ingredients
Dry Mix:3 Cups Heart Smart Bisquick2 Tablespoons of Brown Sugar1 Cup Cranberries (fresh or frozen)1 Teaspoon Lemon ZestWet Mix:2 eggs1/4 Cup milkGlaze: (Optional)1 egg1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
Directions
Oven should be set to 400F
1. Mix the Dry Mix (Bisquick, Brown Sugar, Cranberries & Lemon Zest) together and set aside
2. Beat 2 eggs with 1/4 cup Milk until well mixed
3. Mix both the dry mix and wet mix together. It will be a crumbly dough
4. Use cookie scoop to scoop and put on parchment
5. Bake for 10 mins, or until brown.
