Ingredients
Beef mince (lean, Sainsburys British Beef), 600 gram(s) (remove) Onions, raw, 0.3 cup, chopped (remove) (Veg) Courgette, 200 gram (remove) Mushrooms, fresh, 1.5 cup, pieces or slices (remove) Red Wine, 100 mL (remove) (Veg) Tomato Puree, 30 gram (remove) 2 cubes strong beef stock, 300ml Beans, red kidney, 410 grams (remove) *Napoli chopped tomatoe tinned, 400 gram(s) (remove)
Directions
cook beef, remove, cook onions, add spices (1TBSP chili powder, 1 tsp coriander, add garlic, return meat, add vegs and liquids, bring to boil, simmer for one hour, add beans for last 5 to 10 mins.
