Ingredients
97% lean turkey breast (ground), 16 oz Salt, .5 tsp Sage, ground, 1 tsp Fennel seed, 1 tsp Thyme, ground, 1 tspPepper, black, 1 tspAllspice, .25 tsp Garlic powder, .5 tspchipotle powder, .5 tsp (can substitute cayenne)
Directions
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Let it sit in the refrigerator overnight so the meat can absorb the flavors from the spices. Use in place of regular pork breakfast sausage.
