Beef stir fry

Ingredients
about a 5oz flank steak (very cheap may I add).2 cups brocolli (because I love extra brocolli it makes u feel fuller without the added calories)1 red onion chopped however u like it (i like mine long way)1 bag of frozen veggie stir fry4 oz japenese soba noodles4oz LITE soy sauce
Directions
cut the flank steak into bite size strips season with sea salt and ground black pepper. cook in a good size pan, in about 3 tbsp of water (instead of adding fats like oil). add the fresh or frozen brocolli and whole bag of frozen stir fry veggies. drain if needed... have the japenese noodles boiling in a pot of sea salted water for about 5 min or until tender. drain noodles and add to pan the last thing to do is to add the Lite soy sauce. stir and enjoy!!!
