1/2 cup corn (frozen or canned drained)1/2 cup black beans (rinsed and drained)1/2 cup salsa (I used hot)3 oz. pre-cooked chicken fajita strips1/2 cup cooked brown rice
Combine all ingredients in a skillet and cook over low heat until flavors are blended and ingredients are warmed. Very simple and very delicious
