Breakfast Egg Mini Muffin

Ingredients
1 cup egg (4.86 lge or small eggs)1/2 cup green peppers diced1 sm onion disced1/4 med red tomato disced1/4 cup Borden Six Cheese Italian shredded3 Banquet Hot'n Spicy sausage links chopped( if you do not like spicy use the maple
Directions
Pre heat 350 degrees

Spray mini cupcake pan 24 cups or used mini cupcake papper.
Add all ingrdients into a bowl and mix,
scoop into cups and bake until set. 20-30 min
