2 pound stewing beef8 cups potatoes2 cups carrots1 cup celery2 cups onions2 cups no sodium beef broth1 package Club House beef stew seasoning mix1.3 cups water (for seasoning mix)Flour (to coat beef)Oil (for frypan frypan)
Cut up beef into small chunks and coat with flour.
Fry beef until they are blackened on the outside.
Mix all ingredients and slow cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
