3 small leeks8 oz chopped mushrooms2 1/2 oz chopped walnuts4 chopped chunk chicken brest3 slices streaky baconsatl and pepper to tasepinch of nutmeg1 beaten egg2 chicken stock cubes in 1/2 pint of waterfew TBL beef gravy granuals2 pie pastry round
slice leeks, mushrooms,walnuts, and dice chicken, and bacon saute leeks set aside same for mushrooms till 1/2 cooked then saute chicken, bacon till browned add walnuts and nutmeg and salt and pepper chicken stock , gravy granules all pre cooked vegies simmer for 30 min
place 1 pie crust in bottem of cassarol dish after mixture on stove cools add to pastry
brush edges with egg and place another pasty on top then pinch edges cut a few slits on top
bake at 325* 25-35 min
