pasta salad with avocado sauce

Ingredients
1 avocado, peeled3 cloves garlicjuice of 1/2 lemon1/4 C soymilksalt, pepper, basil2 C pasta shells2 C cooked broccoli and cauliflower floretschopped sun-dried tomatoes
Directions
Steam the broccoli and cauliflower and boil the pasta.
Puree the rest of the ingredients and toss it all together.
Very filling and pretty, too.

Serving Size: makes 4 servings of 1/2 C pasta plus veggies
