4 cups frozen whole green beans1/4 cup dehydrated minced onion1 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp veggie pepper1/2 tsp shallot or onion salt1/2 stick salted butterwater for steaming (about 1/4 cup)salt, to taste
Place green beans in hot skillet with water, cover and cook until hot. When the steaming water is almost gone, add onions and cover until onions are rehydrated. Remove cover and add butter and seasonings except salt. Cook on med-high heat until green beans are at your preferred doneness, salt to taste, if necessary.
Reheat leftovers in a lightly buttered skillet with a lid...they're even better than the originals!
