Smoked sausage stir fry

Ingredients
1 bunch of broccoli2 tbs soy sauce1 tbs sesame oil1 tbs peanut oil1 cup brown rice, cookedLite smoked sausage, 7 oz (half a package) sliced2 cups zucchini1 can water chestnuts, drained
Directions
Cook sausage according to package directions (I use the microwave.) Heat 1 tbs peanut oil in a wok over medium high heat. Add Broccoli and zucchini. Stir fry 3 minutes. Add water chestnuts, soy sauce, and 1/4 cup of water. Cover for 2 minutes. Add sliced sausage and cook until vegetables reach desired doneness. Serve over brown rice, drizzling each serving with sesame oil.
