1 leek3 closed cup mushrooms4 cherry tomatoes1/2 courgette1 smoked kipper
1. chop leeks and boil until tender.
2. chop mushrooms, tomatoes and into quarters.
3. slice and chop courgette into quarters.
4. add vegetables to leeks.
5. simmer while you cook kippers.
6. Cook the kippers according to instructions on pack (5 mins altogether).
7. Add flour to pan to thicken stir well and serve as a bed for the kippers
