Banana Chocolate Chip Muffin

Ingredients
 2 cups white whole wheat flour 1 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup Splenda, granulated 1/3 cup apple sauce 3 ripe bananas, mashed 1/4 cup water 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup vegan semi sweet chocolate chips
Directions
Makes 6 jumbo muffins

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray your muffin tin with cooking spray or use paper liners.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix. Distribute batter evenly into six muffin cups. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes. Check with a wooden toothpick if the muffins are done and no longer wet inside.
