Ingredients
1 box penne pasta bertoli3 8 ounce cans of whole peeled tomatoeshalf of a garlic clovered pepper flakes (optional)3 spicy hot italian sausages4 tblsp olive oil5 leaves fresh basil (chopped)1/2 cup dry chardonay wine
Directions
start cooking sausage in 2 tablespoons olive oil on medium heat

chop whole tomatoes into thick quarter like chunks
add to sauce pan half drained of juice with two table spoons of olive oil

stir in chopped garlic
add 1/2 cup of wine
let simmer

cut up sausage in to dime pieces and put in with sauce mixture

boil noodles and mix with sauce.
add pepper flakes and basil to taste
