onions and potato saute together until tender, add sausage cook and done, mix eggs, milk and sour cream in bowl and pour in frying pan with sausage mixture, cook on low occasionally stirring until mixture starts to thicken pour into pie shell and cook for about 45 minutes on 350 or until mixture is set.
