Ingredients
1 1/2 cups oil1 tsp. salt2 tsp apple cider vinegar1 egg plus 1 yolk1 tsp prepared mustard
Directions
in the blender mix 1 egg and 1 yok with the mustard and salt
with the blender running, slowly add 1 1/2 c. oil in a thin, steady stream.
Add the vinegar
Store in the coldest part of your refrigerator for up to two weeks.
