Cinnamon-Cranberry Quinoa cereal

Ingredients
1 c. cooked quinoa1/2 c. almond milk1 Tbsp cinnamon1/4 c. dried, sweetened cranberries (craisins)
Directions
Add cranberries to pot while making quinoa according to directions on package. (one cup quinoa to two cups water and simmer, covered for 12 minutes). Stir in cinnamon once quinoa is made. In a cereal bowl, stir in 1/2 cup almond milk to one cup of mixture. Enjoy!
