Rice Pilaff with brown rice

Ingredients
2.75 C brown rice3.5 C vegetable broth2 TB butter1/2 C carrots minced1/2 C mushrooms minced1/2 C onions minced2 clove garlic minced1/4 C almonds chopped
Directions
Put rice and broth into cooker

Saute everything else for 15 minutes then add to rice

turn cooker on & wait till done 45-60 min

Serving Size: makes 6 1/2 cup servings
