Ingredients
Cilantro, raw, 4 tbspOnions, raw, .5 cup, chopped*Morton Nature's Seasoning, 1 servingLemons, 1 fruit without seeds*FISH-SWAI 1serv=113g(4oz about 1 Fillet), 452 grams
Directions
preheat oven to 400 degrees
we use alluminum foil and make pockets for this so we can have juices for rice
lay each peice on its own peice of foil and sprinkle with natures seasoning add finely chopped onion and cilantro then top with thin slices of lemon fold foil to make a closed pocket and bake

    This is truly amazing! I used lime the first time I made it. I sliced the lime and just put it directly on the fish... Lime peels are bitter so the second time I made it I just squeezed the limes over the fish and it was perfect!!! Simple and incredibly delicious! - 7/29/15
