Italian Meatloaf

2lb lean ground beef4 slices 100% whole wheat bread, crumbed1/2 cup chopped onion1 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce (aprox.), I used Ragu3 eggsroughly 1/2 cup mushrooms diced.1/4 tsp Kosher saltchili powder, a few shakesGarlic powder a few shakesOregano, a few shakes
Preheat oven to 375
Put bread in a blender or processer, and chop till made into crumbs. Set aside. Put meat in mixing bowl. Add processed crumbs to meat. Add remaining ingredients except save out some of the spaghetti sauce for the top of the meatloaf. Combine mixture and mix well into meat. Form into a loaf and put into a loaf or meatloaf pan, or some other baking dish.
Bake 1 hour
Serving Size: 6 to 8 servings. Nutrition is figured on 6 so a 1/6th of the meatloaf
