Carrot and coriander soup

Ingredients
8 medium carrots, peeled and chopped.3 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped.4 cups non fat milk.3tsp Vegetable/chiken bouillon.1tbsp fresh/dried coriander.6 cups water.
Directions
This recipe should be ample for 8 servings.
Add carrots, potatoes, milk, water and bouillon to a large pan.
Bring to the boil and let boil for 30 minutes.
Check carrots and potatoes are cooked, add coriander simmer for 5 minutes.
Blend with mixer until soup is lump free and smooth.
Serve.
