Hobo soup (homemade)

Ingredients
1 pound ground beefmed. onionclove of garlic1/2 a green pepper2 large carrots2 large stalks celery1 can each of corn,peas,green beans, tomatoes (with juice added) and tomato sauce4 large potatoes4 Cups of wateri pkt brown gravy mix
Directions
brown ground beef, add onion,garlic, green pepper, celery cook until celery gets softer.
Add water, potatoes and Carrots. Cook until they are almost done. More water may be added if there isn't enough for everything to be covered.
add all of the canned veggies except the tomatoes and sauce. Heat until these are thoruoghly warmed.
add tomatoes and sauce. cook for about 5 minutes, add gravy mix cook until slightley thickened. I add other spices as well. Spice to your own liking.
