Bok Choy Shirataki noodles

Ingredients
Ingredients:*Bok Choy, raw-shreaded, 5 cup (remove)*shiratake noodles, 16 oz (remove)Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)Garlic, 4 clove (remove)Ginger Root, 2 tsp (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)*Soy Sauce, .25 cup (remove)
Directions
Add soy sauce to noodles in separate bowl and let sit. Heat oil. Add remaining ingredients except Bok choy. Fry unti tender. Lastly add the Bok Choy on high heat until tender. Add noodles and toss.
