1 cup carrots sliced2 green onions sliced1/2 cup celery1 pakage bean sprouts1/2 cup mushrooms sliced1/2 zucchini sliced1 egg scrambled1 tsp toasted sesame1 tbl lite soy sauce1 clove garlic minced1 tsp ginger minced2 cups cooked rice
While your rice is cooking prep cut all your vegtables. Add a little cooking spread or olive oil to a wok or saute pan and add ginger, garlic, carrot, zucchini, and onion to the pan. After a few minutes add the rest of the vegtables. When vegtables are almost done make room to one side and scramble your egg.
Finally add rice, soy sauce, and sesame and combine.
