Homemade creamy chicken noodle soup

Ingredients
1 can Campbell's* Healthy Request Cream of Chicken soup1 can Fat Free & Low Sodium Chicken Broth4 cups Enriched Egg Noodles, cooked 1 can white potatoes1 cup sliced carrots1/2 cup sliced celery12 oz of rotisserie chicken meat (dark & white meat)
Directions
1) Combine soup, broth, chicken, carrots, celery and potatoes in crockpot.
2) Cook on low for 7 hours
3) Prepare noodles per package directions; add to slow cooker
4) Cook on low for one more hour.
