Pumpkin Muffins with Ground Almonds

Almonds, .75 cup, ground *Gluten free flour, 1 cup Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 1.5 cup Baking Powder, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tspCinnamon, ground, 2.08 tsp Nutmeg, ground, .5 tsp Ginger, ground, .5 tsp *Smart Balance Buttery Spread,.5 cup
Preheat oven 350F
Grind raw almonds in the food processor to make meal. Don't over process or you will get almond butter.
Whisk dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Cream smart balance in stand mixer then add dry ingredients to mix. Add the remaining wet ingredients until mixed.
Pour into muffin tin and bake for 25 minutes.
