Onions, raw, 1 med (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove)Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Kirkland (1 tbsp=3tsp), 1 tsp (remove)Spinach, fresh, 1 package (10 oz) (remove)Nutmeg, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)Garlic, 4 cloves (remove)
Directions
In oil fry the onion,garlic and tomatoe.Add spinach and nutmeg Stir together. Cover simmer 5 min.,until just tender

    Delicious and easy. I added a can of Rotel tomatoes with cilantro and lime instead of the fresh tomatoes. Adds a little zip to it. - 6/5/12
