Garlic, 3 cloves (remove) Onions, raw, 1 small (remove) Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz (remove) Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced (remove) Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove) Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped (remove) Trader Joe’s Fire roasted Diced Green Chile, 16 tbsp (remove) *Swanson Natural Goodness Chicken Broth, 844 grams (remove) Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz) yields (remove) *Black Beans - Canned - Western Family, 1.5 cup (remove) Swiss Chard, 1 cup, chopped (remove) Tomatillos, 1 cup, chopped or diced (remove)
In Dutch oven, saute onion, celery, shallots, red bell pepper, and garlic in 1/2 cup vegetable broth. When softened, add ground turkey and dried spices. Puree about 1 cup of beans. Add to pot. Add remaining beans and about 1 cup of water from beans. Add potatoes and olives. Bring to boil. Reduce and simmer for about 20 mins.
