crockpot veggie soup!

Ingredients
celery, carrot, onion, corn, tomato, canned vegetables, garlic, cabbage, roast beef, beef broth and water
Directions
chop all vegetables coursely (except the cabbage which I add at the end to keep it crunchy) and add to the crock pot with the water and beef broth. Cube the roast and add to the pot as well with some canned veggies and season. Just before serving, add cabbage to it still has some crunch!

Serving Size: makes 10 hearty bowls.
