1/4 cup soft tofu1/4 cup Orange Juice1/4 cup almond milk (soy or other nut milk works also)1/4 cup frozen peach slices (ad more or less to your taste)2 tsp sugar (or honey)
Directions
combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
