Stepf's Rosemary-Garlic White Bean Hummus

Ingredients
1 T olive oil 1 T chopped fresh rosemary3 cloves garlic, chopped1/2 t black pepper1 (14.5-ounce) can cannellini beans2 T tahini juice of one lemon (about 3 T)
Directions
Heat the oil in a small saute pan, then add the chopped rosemary, garlic, and pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring often, until the garlic is golden brown. Add the beans, stirring to coat them in the rosemary-garlic oil.
Transfer the mixture to a food processor, add the tahini and lemon juice, then pulse to combine. Add water, one tablespoon at a time, until the hummus reaches the desired consistency.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to one week.
