Chicken and Vegetables

Ingredients
4-5 Chicken Breast Halves2 Tsp Seasoned Salt1 (16 oz) package Frozen Broccoli, Cauliflower, & Carrots thawed1 (10 oz) can Cream of Celery Soup1 (8oz) package Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese
Directions
Cut chicken into strips and place strips sprinkled with seasoned salt in slow cooker sprayed with vegetable cooking spray.

In large bowl, combine vegetables, celery soup, and half the cheese and mix well. Spoon over chicken breasts.

Cover and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours.

About 10 minutes before serving, sprinkle remaining cheese on top of casserole.
