Sugar Free Whole Wheat Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

1 cup whole wheat flour1/2 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon baking powder1/2 cup salted butter, softened1/2 cup Ideal brand sweetener1/2 cup dark Ideal brand brown sugar1 large egg1 teaspoon vanilla1 1/2 cups oats (not instant)3/4 cup raisins
1 Preheat oven to 350°.
2 Mix dry ingredients; set aside.
3 Combine wet ingredients with a mixer on low.
4 Stir the flour mixture into the creamed mixture until no flour is visible.
5 Now add the oats and raisins; stir to incorporate.
7 Drop by tablespoon, 2 inches apart, onto cookie sheet sprayed with nonstick spray.
8 Bake 11-13 minutes (on center rack), until golden, but still moist beneath cracks on top.
9 Remove from oven; let cookies sit on baking sheet for 2 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool.
