Directions
Saute onion, garlic and sausage until onions are soft. Add the rest of the ingredients (rice, precooked) and cook for about 30 minutes on medium heat. Add whatever seasoning you want (I like curry and hot sauce).

    I love this recipe! Easy to make to taste and easy to substitute ingredients that I didn't have. I steamed the greens and cooked everything separate adding all at the end.
