Baked Chili Rellenos

Ingredients
1 Large Can Whole green chiles1 12 oz pkg. queso fresco (part skim)4 eggs1/3 C milk1/2 C flour1/2 tsp baking poweder1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Place green chiles on a cutting board. Slice queso fresco, retaining 1/2 C of the cheese to use as a topping to the caserole. Insert a slice of cheese in each chili and place in a flat casserole (8x10). Mix remaining ingredients, except for 1/2 C cheese, and pour over stuffed chiles. Sprinkly remaining cheese over casserole and place in a 375 degree oven for 30 minutes.
