Boil up chicken breast in a sepparate pot.

in a very large stock pot, put all the chicken broth, chicken boullion, leeks, onions, carrots, celery, parsley and soy sauce.. and boil until the carrots are tender but not soft, this is the moment you should taste your broth- is there enough flavor?, add snow peas cut up chicken and water chestnuts, let simmer for about 5 more min. then add cooked rice and bean sprouts, then serv.
