Apricot Chicken

Ingredients
1 lb of chicken breast (I used more in the recipe to make 6 servings instead of 4)1/3 Cup Apricot Jam (I used sugar free)1 TBSP soy sauce and vinegar2 cloves garlicpackage of mushrooms
Directions
Mix together jam, soy sauce, vinegar and garlic. Lay chicken down in baking dish, cover with mushrooms. Pour sauce over top. Bake uncovered till no longer pink in the middle.
