Ingredients
1 egg, beaten1 cup whole wheat flour1 cup oatmeal1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce1/2 t salt3 t baking powder1 1/2 cups milk, nonfat
Directions
Stir all together and let it sit about 5 minutes.
Pour 1/3 cup batter per pancake.
Makes 9-10 pancakes.
