Ingredients
Beef, top sirloin, 16 oz Cabbage, fresh, .25 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" Mushrooms, fresh, .75 cup, pieces or slices Carrots, raw, 2 carrot (7-1/2") Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Celery, raw, 4 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) *Balsamic Vinegar, 4 tbsp Sesame Oil, 2 tbsp Ginger, ground, 1 tbsp Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbsp *Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp Broccoli, fresh, 1 bunch
Directions
heat oil and stir fry garlic, meat, onions, add ingredients as needed. Add Cole slaw last 2-3 minutes.
