Salmon and Zucchini Slice

Ingredients
450g Zuchinni, grated1 large onion, peeled and diced1/2 red pepper, diced3 slices shaved ham, extra lean, diced250g cold smoked salmon, diced100g cheese, grated100g flour1tsp baking powder6 eggs, lightly beatenParsley, 1tsp
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 180'C. Grease a 1-liter ovenproof dish or baking tin.
2. Put all ingredients in a large bowl, mix well and season. Pour into a prepared dish and bake for 40-45 mins until golden brown on top and a skewer inserted into the middle comes out clean.
3. Cool, slice and serve with a fresh salad.
