Chili Roasted Sweet Potato Wedges

Ingredients
1.5 lbs sweet potatos (2-3 medium)2 Tablespoons Olive Oil1 Tablespoon sugar1 teaspoon chili powdercoarse salt and pepper
Directions
Pre heat oven to 425 degrees. Cut each potato lengthwise into 8 wedges, half long wedges.

On large rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment, toss potatos with olive oil, sugar, chili powder, 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper until coated. Arrange wedges, cut side down.

Roast potatos until browned and tender, 15-20 minutes. Season with additional salt if desired before serving.

Makes 24 to 30 pieces; 5-6 wedges per serving.
