Simple & Yummy Bean Soup

Ingredients
1/2 T. extra virgin olive oil1 C. diced onion1 C. diced celery3 cloves garlic, minced2 cans red kidney beans (or your favorite bean), drained & risnsed 4 C. low sodium chicken broth
Directions
Saute onion, celery, and garlic in olive oil until tender. Add beans and chicken broth. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
