GARGIE’s Poultry Stuffing

Ingredients
8 slices of Light Italian Bread, toasted2 T butter3 T Bell's Poultry Seasoning1 t Salt1 sm Onion
Directions
Toast 7-8 slices of bread (or use dry bread), torn into bite-sized pieces.
Place crumbs in a large bowl; add butter and enough hot water to make the consistency you want.
Add seasoning, salt and onion to taste.
Fill your bird loosely as the stuffing swells as the bird cooks.
